The night-of routine
Back at the hotel, import the cards and pick 40 to 60 frames that need no more than a quick pass. Upload them to the event under the right sub-event, tap Process photos, and send the link to the couple and the family group. By the time you sleep, guests are finding themselves. The full edit goes into the same event over the following days, and nobody needs a second link.

Set up your professional account once
Sign up as Photographer / studio. In Settings, add your studio name, logo, Instagram, website and the WhatsApp number or link you want the Enquire button to open. From then on every gallery you share carries them.

Create the event and its sub-events
Create one event for the wedding. On the Advanced plan and up, add sub-events such as Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Pheras and Reception so guests can jump straight to the ceremony they were at.

Upload straight from the card or the first edit
Drag in JPEGs, HEIC or camera RAW files; pick the sub-event as you upload. Turn on HD for the files you want guests to download at full resolution. A first batch of highlights can go up the same night and the rest can follow.

Let processing find every face
Tap Process photos. Picsta reads dates, groups faces and prepares Find Me in the background. A few thousand photos are typically ready within the hour, and you can share as soon as the upload finishes.

Send one link to the whole guest list
Tap Share and copy the link, or use the ready-made WhatsApp message. Leave the link permanent or set an expiry. Add a PIN if the couple wants the private set behind one.

Guests find themselves, and find you
Each guest opens the link in any browser, taps Find Me and uploads one selfie. They see only the photos and clips they are in, download what they want, and your logo and Enquire button sit on that page.
Frequently asked questions
How long does Picsta take to process 5,000 wedding photos?
Processing runs in the background after upload and a few thousand photos are typically ready within the hour. You can share the link as soon as the upload finishes; Find Me results fill in as processing completes.
Do I have to finish editing before I share anything?
No. Upload a first batch of highlights the same night so the couple and guests have something to share, then add the full edit later. Guests who already ran Find Me see the new photos when they return.
Can I upload RAW files?
Yes. Picsta accepts most camera RAW formats alongside JPEG, HEIC, PNG and WEBP. Galleries always browse a fast optimised version. Turn on HD for the files you want guests to download at full resolution; each HD photo counts as three toward your allowance.
Do guests need to install anything?
No. The link opens in any browser on any phone or laptop. Picsta has an app for you, the photographer; guests never need one.
Where do my logo and booking details appear?
On every shared gallery and every Find Me result page: studio name, logo, social links and an Enquire button that opens WhatsApp or the link you choose. Guests who find their photos see who to book.
Is face data handled safely?
Faces are matched only inside your private, access-gated gallery. Nothing is public or indexed, and a guest can delete their selfie search at any time.
What does it cost for a season of weddings?
Plans are yearly photo allowances: Basic covers 10,000 photos, Advanced 25,000, Premium 100,000 and Elite 500,000, billed in rupees, pounds or dollars. There are no per-photo fees. Sub-events and gallery styling start on Advanced.
