Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Picsta is a digital service. When you purchase a paid plan, the upgraded limits and features are unlocked on your account immediately. Because access is granted instantly and in full, all purchases are one-time and final.

2. No refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any plan purchase, whether a personal subscription or a group event plan. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service whose benefit is delivered immediately, and you expressly consent to the loss of any cooling-off or cancellation right that would otherwise apply.

3. Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel to stop being billed. Picsta plans do not auto-renew:

  • Personal plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and then lapse automatically. You are never charged again unless you choose to renew.
  • Group event plans are a single one-time purchase. There is no recurring charge at all.

You can stop using paid features at any time, and you can delete your account from Settings → Privacy & Security. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but your plan was not activated, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical or payment-gateway error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate. Where we confirm an erroneous or duplicate charge, we will reverse the affected amount to the original payment method. This is the only circumstance in which money is returned.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (for payments in Indian Rupees) or Stripe (for payments in British Pounds, US Dollars, and other currencies). Any approved reversal is made through the same payment processor to your original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
