Step by step

Create an event gallery
Sign in to Picsta and create an event for your wedding, party, trip or get-together. It gives you one private gallery to hold every photo.

Upload your photos
Add photos from your phone or computer. You can upload in HD for full-resolution downloads, or as optimised photos to save space.

Get a shareable link
Open the event and tap Share → Get shareable link, then pick how long it stays live. Copy the link.

Send the link to everyone
Paste the link into WhatsApp, email or a group chat. Anyone who opens it can view the gallery — no Picsta account or app install needed.

Guests tap Find Me and upload a selfie; the gallery instantly filters to just the photos they appear in, so nobody has to scroll through thousands of pictures.

- No. Anyone with the link can open the gallery in their browser and view or download photos without installing an app or signing up.
- How do people find the photos they're in?
- Each guest taps Find Me and uploads a selfie once. Picsta's face search returns only the photos that include them, so they skip scrolling through the whole gallery.
- What if everyone wants to add their own photos?
- Create a group event instead of a regular one. Every member can upload into the same shared gallery, and each person keeps their own copy of the event that they control.
- Can I stop people from seeing certain photos?
- Yes. You can mark photos private so they're hidden from a shared link, and links can be set to expire or be revoked at any time.
- Can guests download the photos?
- Yes — guests can download single photos or the whole gallery at the resolution you uploaded. Upload in HD if you want full-resolution downloads.
