Guide
Download photos from a shared gallery
Someone shared an event, album or selection with you and you want to keep the photos. It's a tap per photo — at the full resolution the photographer uploaded, with no watermark.
The essentials
- Open a photo and tap the Download (cloud-arrow) icon
- You get the full-resolution original — HD photos at full quality
- No account needed, no watermark
- Use Find Me to filter to just your photos first
- Shared links download one photo at a time
Need a lot of photos quickly?
Shared galleries download one photo at a time. If you need a big batch, ask the host — from their dashboard they can bulk-download up to 500 at once, or re-share a smaller, focused selection with you.
Step by step
- 1
Open the gallery
Tap the link the host shared. You don't need an account to view or download.
- 2
Open a photo
Click any photo to open the full-size viewer.
- 3
Tap Download
Use the cloud-arrow Download icon at the top-right of the viewer. You get the full-resolution file, named after the original. There's also a small download icon when you hover a photo in the grid.

Find just your photos first (optional)
Use Find Me to filter the gallery to the photos you're in, then download them one by one without scrolling the whole event.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I download the whole gallery at once?
- Shared links download one photo at a time — there isn't a download-everything button on a share. If you need a big batch fast, ask the host: from their dashboard they can bulk-download (up to 500 at a time) or re-share a smaller selection.
- What resolution do I get?
- Always the resolution the photographer uploaded. Photos uploaded in HD download at full resolution; standard photos download at an optimised size that still looks great. There's nothing extra to choose.
- The download is blocked — why?
- Usually the link has expired, the link is private-only and needs the host's 4-digit PIN, or the host turned downloads off for that share. Ask the host to extend the link, share the PIN, or re-share with downloads on.
- Are downloads watermarked?
- No. You get the same image the gallery shows — same crop, orientation and colour, with no watermark.
